A gentler morning

Plant something.
Watch it grow.
Learn to wait.

A quieter morning. A gentler one. And sometimes, those are the mornings children remember most.

Some lessons grow slowly.

Not everything worth having happens fast. A seed does not become a flower overnight. Love takes time. Patience takes practice. And kindness, real kindness, is something you tend to, again and again.

Seeds of Kindness is a Saturday Club where children slow down. They plant seeds, decorate pots, and write simple letters of kindness.

What children do.

The session unfolds in three parts, each one a small act of care.

Plant Each child fills a pot with soil and presses in a seed that they name. They learn what seeds need to grow and what happens when we care for something day after day.
Decorate Children paint and decorate their pots with colors, stickers, and personal touches. Every pot is different. Every pot is theirs.
Write Using simple prompts, children write or draw a short letter of kindness, to a friend, a family member, or someone they've never met. We have a club that writes to children in hospitals and elders who would love a letter from a friend.

Children take their planted pot home. The letter of kindness goes out into the world.
