Welcome. By using mercynestchildcare.com (the "Site"), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. These terms apply to the Site only, childcare services themselves are governed by separate enrollment agreements signed at the time of admission.

1. About us

The Site is operated by Mercy Nest Childcare, a Maryland-based, home-based childcare provider serving Potomac, Bethesda, Rockville, and surrounding communities.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, to learn about our programs, contact us, schedule a tour, sign up for Nest Notes, or apply for enrollment. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any unlawful way or for an unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server, or related systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Scrape, copy, or republish Site content without written permission
• Misrepresent yourself or submit false information through forms

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, illustrations, logos, the Mercy Nest name and nest mark, and the design of the Site itself, belongs to Mercy Nest Childcare or is used with permission. You may not reuse, reproduce, or republish any of it without our written consent. Photos of children are particularly protected and are never shared without parental consent.

4. Forms and submissions

When you submit information through a contact form, enrollment application, or newsletter signup, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the authority to provide it. We use submitted information as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Enrollment is separate

Submitting an inquiry or application through this Site does not create an enrollment relationship. Enrollment is confirmed only when you and Mercy Nest sign a written enrollment agreement and the required deposits and forms are completed.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, partner organizations, resource pages, or social media). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Visit them at your own risk.
